Who we are

Pam Webster, the firm’s founder, leads our team and is a central figure on the Anguilla professional and constitutional scene.

Heading the thriving litigation practice is Gerhard Wallbank, who has been with the firm since 2004 and brings a rare dimension as a practitioner who has conducted over 150 hearings as an Acting Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court jurisdiction, both in the Commercial Court and High Court of the British Virgin Islands and in the Nevis High Court. Harry Wiggin, who came to the firm in 1996, having previously been a partner in leading UK firms, has been described in International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000) as coming in for “much praise, one client calling him “definitely the leading lawyer of Anguilla””. The firm’s international credentials are further strengthened by the multi-lingual capabilities of its lawyers, whose languages include English, French, Spanish, Italian,  Dutch and German.
