Our International commercial Litigation team deals primarily with large scale cross-border claims, frequently entailing regulatory issues and/or fraudulent dealings, and has the expertise and experience to field a wide range of disputes and dispute resolution processes.

We also have a first class team engaged in more domestically oriented litigation.

We have considerable experience not only of local Anguilla and Nevis High Court procedures, and of the Court of Appeal of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, but also of many other dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, industry specific procedures and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
